de cantaores m\u00e1s importantes que ha dado Jerez, la de los M\u00e9ndez, cuyo buque insignia fue La Paquera de Jerez.<\/p><p>Su carrera comenz\u00f3 a los diecisiete a\u00f1os, momento en el que decidi\u00f3 subirse a un escenario para probar suerte. Desde su debut, en el a\u00f1o 2002, en la Asociaci\u00f3n Cultural D. Antonio Chac\u00f3n de Jerez, el joven cantaor jerezano ha trabajado con artistas de la talla de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Mora\u00edto<\/span>\u00a0Chico, El G\u00fcito, Roc\u00edo Molina, Alejandro Granados, Mar\u00eda del Mar Moreno y Carmen Cort\u00e9s, entre otros\u2026<\/p><p>Defensor a ultranza de los cantes de La Plazuela e identificado con la buler\u00eda y la sole\u00e1, su crecimiento art\u00edstico ha sido cuantitativo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. En esta parcela ha tenido mucho que ver el guitarrista Gerardo N\u00fa\u00f1ez, su principal valedor. Con el genial tocaor, Jes\u00fas M\u00e9ndez ha recorrido el mundo entero, desde Asia a Europa, pasando por \u00c1frica y Am\u00e9rica, es decir, desde Nueva York a Pek\u00edn o desde Amberes a Chicago.
